Rented a U-Haul from them just before they closed. They were nice in the store, but they were in a hurry to leave. My wife and I made the mistake of not getting them to walk out to the truck and check it over. After getting in and cranking it up, the coolant light came on. We attempted to go back in and see if they could help us, but found that the store's lights had been turned off, but could still see a few employees. I knocked on the door, thinking they'd come over. Instead, they just looked at each other and walked to the back of the store so they couldn't be seen. Now we're sitting in Nashville about an hour away from home, and waiting for someone to drive out and help us (which is taking several hours). I understand that the store had closed, but the employees could have easily saved us some trouble instead of walking away. We aren't impressed and feel that we've been screwed over.
Bought something there and it was defective out of the box and $30 MORE than walmart price! Most everything costs more there than other places.
